| Piping at Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia |
My second trip to Peggy's Cove this summer was made even better by the fact that they had this woman playing bag pipes! I had hoped she'd play "Scotland the Brave" (my favourite song on the pipes), but while I was there, she didn't. I never thought that maybe she'd take requests, though! Of the songs I heard her play, I only recognized one - Amazing Grace. That's another song I love to hear on bag pipes.

when some young guy would tell me all about some amazing young girl they met ... the standard response I gave them because i am from a scottish / irish heritage was "yeah, well can she play the pipes?"
well apparently, yes she can.
