A Taste of Something Other Than Snow

Iris In The Wild
We've had so much snow this winter, particularly since January. And, quite frankly, I'm getting a little sick of it. I decided to post a photo I took last year, early in the summer, to remind me of the beauty that awaits after the snow melts.

Very pretty. Lovely colour. I hope you start to see some warmer days soon.

We're at the end of summer here and frankly, I've had enough of the heat (even though we have had a comparatively mild summer).

I'm very much looking forward to the transition to autumn (do you say autumn or fall in Canada?).

We actually say both autumn and fall here. I guess it just depends on the person.
